This quite unusual and rare set of 12 Spode Copelands dinner plates exhibits all the qualities of their renown expert decoration. Retailed by Tiffany and Co., each plate is hand painted with a unique floral bouquet in the centers, surrounded by 3 octagonal reserves of hand painted flowers. The clean lines and contrast to the black border framed in gold, give these a very modern feel and they are ideal as a place/service plate and a dramatic and vibrant display. Made in England, all in excellent condition, commensurate with age,  ca. 1920's.
